Church Fundraising — Standard Assemblies

For pastors, ministries, and church leaders

Standard Assemblies

“Set up the standard toward Zion.”
JEREMIAH 4:6

SANCTUS NOVA gives 20% of every sale made through your church back to your church, as a direct donation. No middleman. No complicated agreement. No obligation.

Your congregation gets premium Christ-centered garments they would already want to wear. Your church gets meaningful funding for ministry, missions, or building projects. We handle the fulfillment, customer service, and shipping.

How it works

  1. Apply below. We verify 501(c)(3) status and confirm your ministry alignment.
  2. Receive your church code. Every purchase using your code gives 20% back to your church — and the customer gets 10% off.
  3. Share it through the channels your members already use. A church newsletter. A bulletin insert. A table in the fellowship hall. A link on your church website. Word of mouth between members outside of services. We do not ask for time from the pulpit, and we do not want your code promoted during worship. Sharing belongs in the ordinary channels of church life, not in the service itself.
  4. Get paid monthly. Direct deposit or check, whichever your treasurer prefers, on the 15th of every month for the prior month’s sales.

How the math works

This is arithmetic, not a result. No church has yet received a donation through this program, because we have not recorded a retail order. The figures below show only how the 20% is calculated.

If a congregation of 200 members had half participate, and each bought one $40 garment during the year:

  • Total sales through your code: $4,000
  • Your church would receive: $800 for the year
  • Your members would receive: $400 in combined discounts

A larger congregation scales the same arithmetic. What any church actually receives depends entirely on what its members actually buy. We do not forecast that for you.

What we ask of you

  • Confirmed 501(c)(3) or equivalent religious non-profit status
  • Doctrinal alignment with historic Christian orthodoxy
  • No forwarding your code to secular retailers or reseller networks
  • Willingness to be listed on our Standard Assemblies directory (optional)

What we do not do

  • We do not pay individual pastors, staff, or members for referrals through this program. All funds go to the church entity directly, which avoids any conflict of interest. We are not tax advisors, and we make no representation about your church’s tax status or the treatment of these funds. Confirm that with your own accountant or counsel before you apply.
  • We do not require exclusive vendor arrangements.
  • We do not send unsolicited marketing to your congregation.
