Order questions

Include your order number. If something arrived misprinted, damaged, or defective, add a photo — reach us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it. Every piece is made to order, so we handle these one at a time and personally.

Hats and caps have their own sizing and adjustment information; clothing fit should be checked against the garment measurements provided.
