Returns

Every SANCTUS NOVA piece is made after you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. That is how we keep the line small and the quality where we want it, and it shapes how returns work here.

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item you are not happy with. It must be unworn, unwashed, and in the condition it arrived in, with tags attached.

To start a return, reach us through our contact page with your order number and what you would like to do. We will send you the return address. Return shipping is yours to cover on a change of mind, and the original shipping charge is not refunded.

Once the piece reaches us and passes inspection, your refund goes back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few days more.

If something is wrong with the piece

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, that is ours to fix and it costs you nothing. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the problem. We will replace it or refund it, your choice. You do not need to ship anything back.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, return the original and place a new order. It is faster than waiting on an exchange, because the new piece begins production immediately.

Cancelling an order

An order can be cancelled for a full refund any time before production begins, which in practice is roughly the first 12 hours. Contact us as soon as you know.

What we cannot take back

Items returned after 30 days. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery. Gift cards.

If your order never arrives

If tracking shows your parcel as lost, or it has not moved for 15 business days after leaving the facility, contact us and we will send a replacement at no cost.

Wrong address

If a package is returned to us because the address given at checkout was incomplete or incorrect, we will reship it once you confirm the correct address, at your cost. Please check your address before you pay.
