These terms govern your use of this store and anything you buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them. If you do not, please do not order.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your confirmation email. We may decline an order for a suspected fraudulent payment, an address we cannot ship to, or a pricing error. If we do, you are refunded in full and promptly.

Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax and shipping, which are calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have paid. If a price is listed in error we will contact you before charging you.

Made to order

Nothing is stocked. Every piece is made after you order it. Production and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Returns

Set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Discounts

Discount codes have stated end dates and conditions, cannot be combined unless we say so, hold no cash value, and may be withdrawn if abused.

What belongs to us

The SANCTUS NOVA name, the SN | 1:9 mark, our designs, photography and copy are ours. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission. Buying a garment buys you the garment.

Scripture

Scripture quoted on our garments and pages is taken from the King James Version, which is in the public domain. Where we name a reference we mean it to be accurate. If you find one that is not, tell us and we will correct it.

Your account

If you create one, keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under it.

What we do not promise

The site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to what you paid for that order.
