Every piece is made to order.

Production

Most orders are made and handed to the carrier within 2 to 7 business days. Larger orders and busy seasons can run longer, and if yours will, we will tell you rather than let you wonder.

Production and transit estimates vary by piece. Check the production and transit estimates on the product page before ordering. Shipping time is additional to production time.

If you need a piece by a particular date, contact us before ordering.

Transit

Shipping time is on top of production time and depends on the destination and the service you choose at checkout. Free Standard shipping is available on eligible U.S. orders and is shown at checkout. Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout before payment.

Your order may arrive in more than one parcel

Different garments are made at different facilities. A tee and a hoodie ordered together will often ship separately and arrive on different days. Nothing is missing. The rest is on its way, and each parcel carries its own tracking.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email when each parcel ships. If a week passes after that email with no movement, write to us.

International

Available destinations are shown at checkout. If your destination is not offered, contact us before ordering. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are set by your country and are not included in what you pay us. Your carrier will collect them at delivery.

Addresses

We ship to the address you enter at checkout. Please check it before you pay. Once a piece is in production we cannot redirect it, and a package returned for a bad address has to be reshipped at your cost.
