INCOME DISCLOSURE STATEMENT 2026
Standard-Bearer Income Disclosure
SANCTUS NOVA · Effective Date: July 21, 2026 · Revised July 30, 2026
Important: No Standard-Bearer has earned or been paid any commission, because the company has not yet recorded a single retail order. This document reports that fact. It does not project past it.
1. What Standard-Bearers have earned
To date, no Standard-Bearer has earned any commission. The reason is plain: the company has not yet recorded a retail order. Zero orders have been placed, so zero commission has been generated and zero has been paid.
Because nothing has been earned, no typical or average earnings can be stated. There is no median, no range, and no high performer. Any figures you may have seen elsewhere — in a conversation, a post, or a training document — illustrate the commission formula only. They are not evidence that any income has been earned, and they are not a prediction that any income will be earned.
Most people in commission-based programs of this kind earn little or nothing. You should assume you will be one of them until your own results say otherwise.
We are not going to publish projections in place of these facts. Modeled figures drawn from industry-wide data would tell you about the direct-selling industry, not about this program.
Twelve months after launch we will publish this document again with actual figures — every rank, every median, including the ranks where the median is zero. If the numbers are poor, they will be published poor.
What we can tell you now about the structure, plainly:
- Commission is 15% of your personal retail sales.
- Recruitment pays nothing.
- No income is guaranteed, and none has been produced so far.
2. The rank ladder
Ten ranks exist. Three currently pay. The rest are tracked and pay nothing today; activating any of them requires thirty days written notice to every Bearer. Note that the percentages below describe the formula only. No commission has been paid at any rank.
| Rank | What it pays today |
|---|---|
| STANDARD_BEARER (entry) | 15% on personal retail sales |
| WATCHMAN | 15% personal + 5% sponsor override, in compliant months |
| HIGH_WATCHMAN | 15% personal + 5% sponsor + 3% grandsponsor, in compliant months |
| STANDARD_HOLDER through FOUNDER_STONE (Ranks 4–10) | Nothing. Tracked, not paid. |
3. Time and effort
There is no shortcut and no guaranteed income. You earn commission only when a real retail customer buys a real product through your personal link. A Bearer who enrolls, makes no sale in ninety days, and never engages again will earn nothing at all. That is the most common outcome in this kind of work.
4. What Bearers do NOT earn
- No pay for recruitment alone. Bearers do not earn a bonus, a commission, or any other payment for enrolling a new Bearer. Recruitment earns zero. Only real product sales to real retail customers earn commission.
- No signing bonuses. No bonus for reaching a rank quickly, none for enrolling large numbers of people, none for personal purchase quotas.
- No income from your own purchases counted as retail sales. A Bearer's personal purchases at their Bearer discount are not counted as retail sales under the 70% Rule.
5. Startup cost and buyback
Startup cost: $0. Enrollment is free. No purchase requirement, no starter kit, no monthly fee, no auto-ship.
Buyback: 90% refund within 12 months on any unopened, resalable Product purchased at the Bearer discount.
6. Attrition
We have no attrition data, because the program launched on July 21, 2026 and no Bearer has yet completed a full year. We will publish it when we have it. In comparable direct-selling programs most participants stop within the first year.
7. Compliance requirements that affect earnings
Two rules must be satisfied every month to earn override commissions from a team:
- 70% Rule. At least 70% of the Bearer's total product movement in the month must be sales to real retail customers.
- 10-Customer Rule. The Bearer must have at least ten unique retail customers in the month.
Personal sales commission (15%) is earned regardless of compliance. Override commissions require monthly compliance. Failed compliance rolls the override up to the next compliant sponsor.
8. How this document will change
In July 2027 we will publish a revised Income Disclosure containing actual earnings for every rank. Every year after that, an updated version.
9. What we ask of you
Read this before enrolling. Read the Standard-Bearer Agreement and the Code of Conduct. Ask any question through our contact form. Do not enrol if you are looking for guaranteed income. Nothing here is guaranteed.
