Why it costs what it costs

Printed as flat panels and then sewn, so the cross pattern runs unbroken down the front and around the sleeve rather than stopping at a printed patch. Made after you order it, so nothing here is priced to cover unsold stock. The Signature robe in this capsule is cut on a heavier brushed flannel with a shawl collar and self belt, if that is the weight you want.

A robe gets worn at the two dimmest hours a day has — before the lights are on, and after they go off. That is the case for the dark ground.
