Why it costs what it costs

A printed garment takes a finished blank and puts a graphic on it. This one is printed as flat panels and then cut and sewn, so the pattern carries across the seams instead of stopping at a rectangle. It is made after you order it, so nothing here is priced to cover unsold stock.

A board short is not much garment. This one carries the full standard anyway — shields to the hem, an oxblood cross held inside each one.

The covering was never the cloth’s job. It never has been.
