Why it costs what it costs

No zip means the front is one piece, so the repeat has to hold across the whole chest with no hardware line to hide a mismatch behind. Printing the panels flat and cutting them afterwards is what makes that possible. Made after you order it, so nothing here is priced to cover unsold stock.

The pouch pocket is the one place the pattern lies on top of itself — a printed panel sewn across a printed body, two layers of the same cross pattern in the same spot. In good light you can find the edge where the second layer begins. It is the only seam on the piece that shows you how the whole thing was made.
