Before you apply

The Standard-Bearer program is an independent contractor opportunity. It is not employment. Compensation is commission-only. No income is guaranteed. Please read all three of the following before you apply:

Who we are looking for

You are 18 or older and a U.S. resident.
You already care about the mission — Christ-centered fashion made with reverence.
You are willing to work honestly. No cold DMs. No pressure tactics. No fake urgency.
You have at least 3 to 5 hours per week to give this consistently.
You are comfortable being visible on at least one social platform or in-person community.
You want honest supplemental income, not a get-rich promise.

What happens next: On the contact form, put Standard-Bearer Application in the subject and include: your full name, city and state, why you want to carry the standard in two or three sentences, where you will share the mission, the hours per week you can commit, confirmation that you are 18 or older and a U.S. resident, and confirmation that you have read the Agreement, Code of Conduct, and Income Disclosure. We review each application personally within 48 hours. If we accept, you receive your Bearer link, dashboard login, and first-week training playbook.

Is this a real MLM? Yes. We do not hide from the term. We built this program with FTC compliance as the foundation: pay is anchored to real retail sales, there are no monthly minimums or auto-ships, we track and enforce the 70/10 Rule, we publish a real Income Disclosure, and we offer 90% buyback within 12 months.

What can I actually expect to earn? Read the Income Disclosure Statement. To date no Standard-Bearer has earned any commission, because the company has not yet recorded a retail order. Can I recruit my church? Not directly. See the Code of Conduct. You can share the Founder Pass and church fundraising program with your pastor's blessing, but soliciting the pulpit or congregation is prohibited.
